My role

I maintained the legacy Meteor.js / MongoDB application and worked on the upgraded version, built with React / Next.js and Express.

What I did

• Initiated and worked on the migration to Next.js and Express, and took part in redesigning the whole system.
• Automated database backups and deployments with bash scripts.
• Improved the system architecture and optimized the database.
